KASHRUS ADMINISTRATOR
Rabbi Tzvi Altusky has over twenty years of experience in the field of Kashrus. He is widely respected as a leading expert in kosher catering, food preparation, and the kashering of commercial kitchens and equipment. His work reflects both technical excellence and a deep commitment to halachic standards.
As Administrator of Vaad Kashrus Mehadrin (VKM), Rabbi Altusky is consistently involved with each client’s needs, offering personalized attention to every vendor, store, and establishment. He ensures that all certification processes are handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.
ROLE AT VKM
Rabbi Altusky oversees a network of more than 80 trained mashgichim, providing them with guidance and ongoing training. This leadership ensures effective, hands-on supervision—especially in catering and event settings.
MASHGICHIM LEADERSHIP
Under his direction, VKM has expanded its operations to communities such as Brooklyn, Lakewood, Great Neck/Queens, Philadelphia, Cherry Hill, Deal, and Manhattan, earning recognition for its professionalism and adaptable operations.
